The Sinneave Family Foundation (Sinneave) operates out of our Calgary-based facility, The Ability Hub. The Ability Hub has several multi-purpose rooms available for community use bookings. Rooms can accommodate groups of 1-75 people.

Community use is generally provided free of charge for groups whose activities align with Sinneave’s vision and mission. Please read through the information below and complete the online Community Use Booking Request Form if you are interested in utilizing space at The Ability Hub.

Parking Instructions:

When visiting (The Sinneave Family Foundation) The Ability Hub, guests may park in Pay Lot #53. It is located adjacent to the Child Development Centre (CDC) building where The Ability Hub and Sinneave’s offices are located. Parking on the university campus is paid parking.

A parking pass must be purchased from machines in the lot, and placed visibly on the dash of your vehicle.

As the University District around The Child Development Centre continues to be built out, additional parking within walking distance is available. Please click here for more information.

The Ability Hub is currently available for community use during regular business hours. Monday to Friday – 8 am – 9 pm.


Supplies to make coffee and tea are provided by Sinneave. Catering is available through The University of Calgary.

Make a Request:

Please complete the online Community Use Booking Request Form to be considered for a community use space. Requests for dates more than 3 months away will not be considered. Please complete the request form closer to your event.

A booking is not confirmed until a Terms of Use Agreement has been completed.
