Sleep Soundly: A Workshop to Support Better Sleep Habits for Teens & Adults with Autism

Counting sheep not helping you or your family sleep? “The Sleep Workshop” will discuss common sleep challenges for teens and adults with autism and provide you with strategies to support healthy sleep habits. This workshop is intended for teens or adults with autism and those who support them.

Presenters:

Anne Beattie is a clinical supervisor and occupational therapy coordinator with the Centre for Autism Services Alberta. She has a passion for working with families who have children with ASD, supporting them to lead engaged lives in their homes, schools, and communities.

Ewa Bochinski has been at the Centre for Autism Services Alberta since 2004 supporting the occupational therapy needs of children and their families. She currently works with autistic adults supporting independent living skills and employment.

Jennifer Fehr has been involved with self-advocacy since 2019, in addition to a decade of experience in mental health support. A strong sense of self-awareness has helped her to develop healthy habits, and she is excited to share her insights with others.
