DESCRIPTION:Your Time\, Your Way is intended to provide Autistic or neurodivergent young adults with a safe and accessible space where they can relax\, socialize\, and use resources available at The Ability Hub.  \n\n\n\nOn Thursday\, July 24\, we’re hosting a special activity during the Your Time\, Your Way time. \n\n\n\nDrop-in and join the carnival fun with a variety of activities including but not limited to: \n\n\n\n\nBean bag toss\n\n\n\nDarts\n\n\n\nJenga\n\n\n\nGuessing booth\n\n\n\n\nTry your hand at the various carnival themed games being offered and enjoy some delicious popcorn while you do! Engage individually or connect with new people — it’s up to you. \n\n\n\nThursday\, July 245:00 – 7:30 p.m.In-person @ The Ability Hub (300\, 3820 24 Ave NW) \n\n\n\nOur space provides flexible seating options\, focus tools\, and adjustable lighting options as we strive to make our space more welcoming and inclusive to those who wish to spend time in it.  \n\n\n\nUsers are welcome to take advantage of different spaces depending on what you plan to do here. Other activities may include\, but aren’t limited to: \n\n\n\n\nUsing our computers (or bringing your own device and using our wifi)\n\n\n\nReading\n\n\n\nSocializing\n\n\n\nPlaying games\n\n\n\nHomework\, studying or simply relaxing – with no expectation to engage.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo ensure a welcoming and safe space for all users\, please read over the Rules of the Space: \n\n\n\n\nCheck-In Required: Everyone signs in upon arrival.\n\n\n\nNo Alcohol or Drugs: This is a substance-free space for everyone’s safety and comfort.\n\n\n\nRespectful Content and Behavior: No engagement with explicit content\, and all interactions should be respectful.\n\n\n\nNoise Levels: Keep volume moderate to accommodate diverse activities.\n\n\n\nNo formal supervision provided: Attend and engage independently.
