DESCRIPTION:YYC World Autism Acceptance Day is April 2!\n\nYYC World Autism Awareness (& Acceptance) Day (YYC WAAD) in Calgary has grown to be the largest of its kind in Canada! 2024 marks the 11th annual celebration and we are excited to celebrate\, raise awareness and promote acceptance everywhere. The event is free for all ages\, and you are invited!\n\nHosted by Autism Calgary and Autism Aspergers Friendship Society (AAFS) Calgary\, this event brings together local leading autism- and disability-serving agencies and educational organizations\, all onsite showcasing their programs and services.\n\nYou can expect food trucks\, facing painting\, an art station\, and performers on the spectrum during the event.
