New Heights School and Rising Tides Taproom are hosting their first official NeuroNights – Neurodiverse Meet Up!
You’re invited to join the fun Monday, November 20 from 6 – 9 p.m. at Rising Tides Taproom: 4545 Bowness Road NW in Calgary.
NeuroNights celebrates the vibrant tapestry of Calgary’s neurodiverse community. This will be an evening of connection, understanding, and the chance to make lasting friendships.
What to Expect:
Meet other incredible neurodivergent individuals, build meaningful connections, and foster a sense of belonging. (Neurodivergent includes–but is not limited to: ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia & Down’s Syndrome.)
The sensory-friendly atmosphere will include dimmed lighting, reduced speaker levels, the menu will be available in both written and picture/image form, there will be ordering guides, wrist bands indicating communication level and a break away area for regulation, if needed.
This in-person event is open to everyone 18+, whether you are neurodivergent, a friend or family member of someone neurodivergent, or if you are just interested in meeting new people and creating new connections.
