The City of Calgary recently opened a brand-new affordable housing development in the community of Bridlewood. This exciting townhome development features 48 two-bedroom homes, 14 of which are barrier free; and 14 four-bedroom homes, providing housing stability for up to 250 Calgarians. Every element of living was taken into consideration, from comfort and accessibility to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. One of the buildings even has solar panels on the roof, which will support residents with long-term benefits like clean energy and offset utility costs.
Note: No support is provided for this housing but could be suitable for a supported roommate or family.
