Neurodiversity Immersive Campus Experience (NICE) is a free UCalgary initiative to help incoming first-year undergraduate students who self-identify as neurodiverse. This experience provides students with a supportive environment in their transition from high school to university.
About NICE Campus Experience
Incoming students will be accepted to participate in two days of on-campus programming and workshops that will introduce them to life at university, other neurodiverse peers, helpful campus supports and programs and more. Students will also have the ability to explore the university on their own, outside of program hours (9:00 a.m. – 3:50 p.m.)
Eligibility: Applicants must:
- Be entering their first year of undergraduate studies, and
- Be beginning studies in the fall of 2023, and
- Self-identify as neurodiverse
When: Monday, August 28th and Tuesday, August 29th
Where: UCalgary main campus
