Get acquainted with campus life, supports and neurodivergent peers!

Neurodiversity Immersive Campus Experience (NICE) is a free two-day UCalgary initiative to help incoming first-year undergraduate students who self-identify as neurodivergent. By participating in workshops, tours, and discussions, this experience provides students with a supportive environment in their transition from high school to university.

About NICE Campus Experience

Participants will enjoy two days of on-campus programming and workshops that will introduce them to life at university, other neurodivergent peers, helpful campus supports and programs and more. Students will also have the ability to explore the university on their own, outside of program hours.


Applicants must:

  • Be entering their first year of undergraduate studies, and
  • Be beginning their studies in the fall of 2024, and
  • Self-identify as neurodivergent

When: Monday, August 26th and Tuesday, August 27th from 9 am to 4 pm.

Where: UCalgary, MacEwan Hall (specific location details will be emailed)
