Worktopia is a National Employment Network with a shared goal to change the odds of employment success for people on the autism spectrum.

“It is a human right for all people to benefit from meaningful work.
Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment,
to just and favourable conditions of work,
and to protection against unemployment.”

~ Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations General Assembly; Network Position Statement.

The Worktopia network welcomes and encourages diverse participation. Network members include Autistics, family members, employers, service providers, human resource professionals, researchers, and policy makers. All interested stakeholders that support the network’s position statement and share the network’s goal are welcome.

Network activities will be ramping up in 2022 and an event is being planned for Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM) in October.

The Worktopia.ca website has recently undergone a bit of a refresh; we invite you to check it out here. As new resources are being added regularly, you can ensure you are notified of updated news and events by adding your name to the mailing list here.

We’re excited about what’s next!
