Edward Wooldridge is a Calgary based corporate lawyer with over 17 years of experience who currently acts as legal counsel to Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, one of Canada’s largest national law firms. Mr. Wooldridge regularly acts for public and private corporations of all sizes helping to address their specific legal needs as a trusted advisor. He currently serves as lead counsel for a number of prominent Canadian and foreign based clients in a number of industries. Mr. Wooldridge earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics at the University of Western Ontario in 1991, followed by his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary in 1998.
Mr. Wooldridge has previously sat on a number of private corporate boards as well as on the boards of a variety of charitable and not-for-profit organizations. He remains actively involved in numerous local schools and charitable organizations which educate and enrich the lives of children with autism.
