Tanya brings over 20 years of health leadership experience to the Foundation. Her experience includes leading comprehensive primary care clinics to top operational performance; orchestrating military health services support to current, emergency and contingency operations globally; and directing a multi-national integrated medical unit. As a proactive and accountable leader, her role is to align priorities and implement systems to improve overall organizational performance. Tanya was attracted by the Foundation’s direction and purpose and the opportunity to contribute to making a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Tanya holds a Master Degree in Health Administration from the University of British Columbia, and a Graduate Certificate in Health Systems Leadership from Royal Roads University. She is a Certified Healthcare Executive and a decorated 20-year veteran with the Canadian Armed Forces.
