This group provides a great opportunity for youth with autism to socialize with others who share a common interest in chess and/or various board games!  While youth are having fun, they will also be practicing the following skills: communication, being a good sport, problem solving, critical thinking, logic, patience, emotion regulation, and impulse control.

Who: Youth and young adults with autism between ages 14-30
Where: The Child Development Centre, 1st Floor, 3820 – 24th Ave NW
When: September to December 20th, every Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm. The winter season will start up on January 10th.
Cost: $50 donation per year – to cover cost of snacks and games
