This resource provides an introduction to the AIDE Canada Toolkit: Navigating the Healthcare System for Autistic Adults.
The main goal of the toolkit is to improve your health outcomes by highlighting the importance of finding a family doctor, developing skills to advocate for yourself, and learning how to communicate your needs to your doctor.
