Your Time Your Way – Strawberry Fest

Event Series Event Series (See All)

May 29 @ 3:00 pm 7:00 pm

Many individuals can benefit from what is often referred to as a “third space”—a place separate from home or work or school where there is no obligation to spend money on food or beverages. So we’re opening our doors to members of our community.

We invite you to drop in and use our space to help you unwind or recharge—with no pressure to engage in structured activities. We have several rooms and spaces available–a quiet lounge, computer desks, hang out sofas–you choose. It’s your time to use your way.

On May 29, in addition to the regular Your Time, Your Way options, we’re offering optional themed activities for those who want to connect with others and celebrate National Strawberry Month with us!

Drop-in hours are anytime between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. Strawberry Fest activities will be set up in the Green Room Between 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm:

🍓 Decoration Stations (strawberries and cookies)

🍓 Strawberry Trivia/Bingo

🍓 Strawberry Scavenger Hunt (indoor)

If you do not wish to participate in Strawberry Fest, you are still welcome to use the rest of the spaces for your own enjoyment. Things like:

  • Socializing: Chatting with others, making new connections, or catching up with friends.
  • Using Computers: Accessing the internet, completing personal tasks, or exploring hobbies online. Use our computers and wifi or bring your own device and connect via our network.
  • Relaxing: Sitting quietly, reading, listening to music with headphones, or just enjoying a calm space.
  • Independent Work: Bringing personal projects, studying, or using the time to focus on tasks.
  • Unstructured Activities: puzzles, sketching, journaling, or engaging in other personal hobbies.
  • Exploring Resources: Learning about other programs, events, or services Sinneave offers.
  • Simply Being: Spending time in the space without any specific activity, just enjoying the presence of others without any expectations to engage.

To ensure a welcoming and safe space for all users, please read over the Rules of the Space:
