A Practical Guide to Building Neurodiversity Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

August 28 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

As we continue to see a shift towards more diversity and inclusion at the forefront of organizational priorities, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have become a vital platform for fostering greater understanding, community, and systemic change in the workforce. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve.

Join NEUROinclusive Workforce Solutions for a free, one hour webinar to explore a people-first approach on how to build and grow effective neurodiversity Employee Resource Groups. Pamela Perez, a Human Resources (HR) strategist and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) champion, will explore tools and ideas for creating safe, empowering spaces where all minds can thrive.

This webinar is targeted towards employers and human resources professionals and those interested in learning about ERGs with a particular focus on those for neurodivergent employees.
