Apply Now! Acceptance & Commitment Training Skills Group

The application window for the next Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) Skills Group is now open. The group will run for eight (8) weeks starting Wednesday, April 29 through June 17.
This is a closed group and participants must apply and be accepted to attend.
The application process is a multi-step eLearning module on Sinneave Connects, our online learning hub. You will need a Sinneave Connects account to begin. If you do not have one, it’s free and easy to set up.
To begin the process, click the button that says “Sinneave Connects” and follow the prompts on the log-in screen.
When you log in, this is what the Expressing Interest homepage should look like. Press “Start” to begin. As you complete each step, the next one will unlock.
