What is Launch 2 Independence?

Launch 2 Independence is a short-term coaching service that helps you work toward a specific independent living goal. Together with a coach, you will create an action plan, identify barriers, and explore strategies that can help you make progress. There is no cost to participate.

The service can help you:

  • Build confidence.
  • Strengthen problem-solving skills.
  • Explore new approaches when challenges arise.
  • Take steps towards your independent living goals.

This service is for Calgarians who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Identify as being Autistic, Neurodivergent, or both.
  • Have a specific independent living goal but are challenged with taking action toward that goal.
  • Want to make progress toward that goal within the next three months.

How often are the one-to-one coaching sessions and how long does the service last?
