Land Acknowledgement
In the spirit of reconciliation, we gratefully acknowledge that The Sinneave Family Foundation is located on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations (including Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney First Nations), the Métis Nation of Alberta (District 5), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta. We pay our respect to elders, past and present, for stewarding the land, water, and the life of this region. We also acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past. We seek to move forward together, being intentional about equality, inclusivity, and learning from past mistakes to create a better future.
