Neuroinclusive Interviewing

June 26 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

You’re invited to join Neuroinclusive Workforce Solutions for a free, one hour webinar to explore inclusive hiring practices, with a specific emphasis on interview techniques that are friendly to neurodivergent candidates, and accommodations that facilitate equitable access to employment.

This session is targeted towards employers and human resources professionals to recognize how to create fair and supportive interview practices for neurodivergent candidates. Topics covered in this session include:

  • What are workplace accommodations and the types of accommodations that may be requested in the hiring process,
  • Challenges with the STAR method (situation, task, action, result) in interviewing, and inclusive alternatives to support candidates.

You’ll leave the webinar with actionable steps you can take in creating a more neuroinclusive interviewing process.
