Webinar: Disclosure and Accommodations at Work
Thursday, October 22 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Hosted by Neuroinclusive Workforce Solutions, this workshop explores how disclosure actually works in workplace contexts and why many employees hesitate to disclose or request support.
Through real scenarios and applied discussion, participants will learn how to create safer conditions for disclosure, reduce friction in accommodation processes, and implement practical supports that do not depend on individuals having to advocate repeatedly for their needs.
Attendees will walk away with the knowledge and skills to:
- Explain how power, risk, trust, and workplace culture shape disclosure decisions
- Identify common barriers that prevent employees from disclosing a disability or requesting support
- Respond to disclosure and accommodation conversations with greater clarity, care, and confidence
This concise and engaging webinar is perfect for employers, human resources professionals, people managers, executives, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leaders who want to build on their foundational knowledge of inclusion in the workplace, and who want to enhance their understanding of these concepts.
