This workshop is for people who are struggling to get started doing the things they want or need to do. The session will explore the executive functioning skills of initiation and inhibition, and how they work together to get us going or get us stuck. Each participant will develop a plan to apply what they have learned.

Do you ever have difficulty knowing how and when to leave a conversation? This workshop is for people interested in learning easy strategies for exiting conversations in social situations.
This workshop is for people who have a current challenge setting day to day* priorities and this challenge is impacting their life directly. The session will cover various methods for setting short term priorities (daily-weekly) and each participant will create a plan to apply what they have learned. *Note: the content is less applicable to priority setting for medium or long term goals.
