Applications for the Fall 2025 Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT) Skills Group are now open. In order to participate in this Skills Group, you must apply through Sinneave Connects and be accepted into the group. Please note this Skills Group will be held online only via Sinneave Connects.

To apply for this Skills Group, click on the button that says, “Skills Group Q3 Application”.
To help you navigate the application process and support you, we have prepared a visual guide below that you can follow to successfully submit an application.
First step: Log into Sinneave Connects, you can access it by clicking on the button, “Sinneave Connects” on our homepage as indicated below.
Second step: Once you have successfully logged in, click on the, “Skills Group: Acceptance and Commitment Training 2025 – Expressing Interest” event and then click on the, “Enroll” button to access the application form.
Third step: Click on the, “Next Step” button.
Fourth step: Click on the, “Start” button.
Fifth step: Click on the, “Start” button.
Last step: When you are finished completing the application form, press the, “Submit” button to successfully submit your application.
