Applications for the Fall 2025 Executive Functioning (EF) Skills Group are now open. In order to participate in this Skills Group, you must apply through Sinneave Connects and be accepted into the group.
Please note this Skills Group will be held virtually only through Sinneave Connects and will not be held in-person. Each session will be approximately 90 minutes long.
We are pleased to invite self-advocates and individuals who identify as Autistic to attend this six sessions group on Executive Functioning. We will discuss and practice skills including: Cognitive Flexibility, Starting and Stopping, Staying Present, Emotion management, Organization and Planning.

About the Presenter
Mason Jaffray is a Program Facilitator at The Sinneave Family Foundation and is an Autistic self-advocate. He has facilitated the EF Skills Group for the past two years, and finds the skills and ideas in the group very useful for keeping on track in his life.
To apply for this Skills Group, click on the button below that says, “EF Skills Group – Expressing Interest”.
To help you navigate the application process and support you, we have prepared a visual guide below that you can follow to successfully submit an application.
First step: Log into Sinneave Connects, you can access it by clicking on the button, “Sinneave Connects” on our homepage as indicated below.
Second step: Once you have successfully logged in, click on the, “Skills Group: Executive Functioning 2025 – Expressing Interest” event and then click on the, “Enroll” button to access the application form.
Third step: Click on the, “Start” button to start the application process.
Fourth step: Click on the, “Next step” button to continue with the application process.
Fifth step: Click on the, “Start” button to start the application process.
Sixth step: Click on the, “Start” button to start your application.
Seventh step: Take your time and fill out the application as indicated in the screenshot below. When you are done, you can press the, “Submit” button.
Once you successfully submit your application, you will see the message as indicated in the screenshot below. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your application.
