#ExperienceAutism is an innovative, free of charge service that offers a facilitated conversation for employers, post-secondary educators, and landlords interested in learning more about supporting positive interactions with people on the autism spectrum.
Focusing on Six Key Principles for Success, this work is instrumental in helping individuals and organizations develop ally-based actions that create and foster environments where everyone can thrive at:
- Building relationships
- Enhancing communication through collaboration
- Identifying and implementing proactive strategies for inclusion.
While our primary focus is on enhancing the experiences of autistic individuals in their day-to-day life, these six principles are broadly applicable and beneficial to anyone who wants to create safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces in their places of work.
Our #ExperienceAutism team is now booking discussions. We encourage you to book yours today!

A growing number of Canadians identify as neurodivergent. #ExperienceAutism applies a strengths-based approach to support you and your team to understand the differences in how people process information and develop strategies that can support successful interactions in your setting.
We pair an autistic adult with a professional member of Sinneave’s staff to host a virtual or in person 60- to 90-minute conversation with up to 6 members of your organization. During the conversation you will learn key principles and easy-to-implement strategies that encourage effective communication and collaboration specific to your workplace setting. Time is set aside for questions and further discussion specific to your needs.
#ExperienceAutism is designed specifically for those interested in learning key principles and practical strategies in the following settings:
