Acceptance & Commitment Training Skills Group

Applications are now open for the Winter 2025 Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT) Skills Group. To apply, click the button below that says “Apply for ACT” to be directed to the application page on Sinneave Connects.
Apply for ACTIf you already have an account, log in as usual. If you need an account, it’s free and easy.
- Create a user name
- Create a password (don’t forget to save it someplace handy)
- Select “Register”
- Follow the prompts
There are a number of steps you have to complete before your application is submitted successfully. It can be confusing, so we have provided some images along with descriptions to help you navigate the process.
When you log in, your screen will say “Welcome to the Sinneave Family Foundation and thank you for your interest in our Skills Group – Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).” Click the button that says, “Next Step” to proceed with your application. There are three steps to submit the application, please ensure you complete all three.
After you have pressed the “Next Step” button, your screen will say “Step 2″ with a button below it, that says, “Start”. Press on that button to move to the next stage of the application process.
After you have pressed the “Start” button, your screen will show the application form that you need to fill out accurately. Your screen will look like the image below. When you are finished completing the application, don’t forget to press the submit button to submit your application.
Once this is completed, your screen will look like the image below. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation indicating your application has been received, and a staff member will reach out to you approximately two weeks before the start of the Skills Group. Please note submitting an application does not guarantee you will be placed in a group.
