Welcome to The Sinneave Family Foundation's Thriving in Adulthood page. Here, you will find information on our work and collaboration with partners across Canada who have a shared goal to advance community-based approaches to skill development that improve access, deliver improved outcomes, and are sustainable.

Our Launch + Skills program offers individualized transition planning plus skill development for autistic or neurodivergent youth and adults interested in continuing their education, getting or maintaining a job, and/or preparing to live independently.
