Thriving in Adulthood

Welcome to Sinneave's Thriving in Adulthood Landing Page. Here you will find information on our work and our collaboration with partners across our networks who have a shared goal to advance community-based approaches to skill development that improve access, deliver improved outcomes, and are sustainable.

Our Launch + Skills program offers individualized transition planning plus skill development for autistic or neurodiverse youth and adults interested in continuing their education, getting or maintaining a job and/or preparing to live independently.

Launch + Skills

Launch + Skills is an individualized skills coaching program designed to help autistic individuals who are ready to pursue goals in employment, education, or living independently in the community.
