The Sinneave Family Foundation’s Information & Navigation service is open to everyone and is the best way to learn about our programs and other services. Many of Sinneave’s programs require a referral from our Information & Navigation service.

Please click here to book your Information & Navigation meeting. Should you need any assistance, you can also email us at info@sinneavefoundation.org or call 403-210-5000.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. If these hours are inaccessible for you, please send us an email to explore an accommodation.

We are happy to provide translation and interpretation services upon request.

We offer meetings in-person, virtually, and over the phone. Meetings are typically 30 minutes in length and we address your highest priority areas. A manageable number of referrals that best meet your needs are provided for you to action following the meeting. When your needs change and you have a new priority to address, or if you require different referrals, we would love for you to come back and meet with us again!

Sinneave prioritizes person-centered planning and informed consent. We believe everyone has a right to be a part of their journey when transitioning to and throughout adulthood. Therefore, if you are a parent, guardian, or caregiver reaching out on behalf of your child who is no longer under your guardianship, and there is no supportive decision-maker in place, we will only be able to provide general information if they have not signed our consent form.
