This workshop is for people who are struggling to get started doing the things they want or need to do. The session will explore the executive functioning skills of initiation and inhibition, and how they work together to get us going or get us stuck. Each participant will develop a plan to apply what they have learned.
In this free, 90-minute presentation, participants will learn the key differences between high school and further education settings to help them succeed after high school ends. It focuses on how to explore interests, navigate program options, access supports and create goals. High school graduates, those already enrolled in further education, parents, and teachers will all benefit from this webinar.
